Training Services

At MASH, a major part of the passion we have for our dogs is in the training and competing in dog sports; but our dogs are also members of our family. As family members, our dogs must understand the basic manners that make life together pleasant for everyone.

Working Spaniel

Work together to learn how to hunt with your spaniel. In this course, we will cover the basics of whistle work, quartering, retrieving and more.

1 class per week for 6 weeks.

In Public

In this course we will cover what is expected of dogs in public, specifically in urban settings. We will teach leash walking, greeting strangers, marking, and settling.

1 class per week for 4 weeks.

Basics One-On-One

In this class, we work one-on-one to lay a firm foundation in basic obedience and address specific learning challenges to overcome hurdles. This structure is very flexible and ideal for people who have a specific goal in mind that they are struggling to reach.

Basics Group

This course is designed to lay foundation work in young dogs, or dogs who are new to training. If you and a friend or two would like to take a training class together, please reach out. I do not advertise classes, so you must form your own group of at least two.

In The House

This course covers basic home manners for your dog. If you are struggling with things like keeping your dog off the furniture, begging at the table, or rushing the door this flexible course is for you.
